The New Zealand Nurses Organisation (NZNO) has advised that the industrial action planed for Wednesday 9 August has been withdrawn.
Our priority now is to ensure that Te Whatu Ora - Te Tai Tokerau can deliver care as normal.
Deferred planned care will be reinstated as much as practically possible.
All patients who had been advised that their care might or would be affected will be contacted and advised from/by us regarding the plan for their care.
Patients who were not deferred should attend their existing appointments.
