About Northland DHB

The Northland District Health Board (DHB) employs over 3,700 staff. Acute services are provided through the DHB’s four hospitals, based at Whangarei, Dargaville, Kawakawa and Kaitaia, with elective surgery provided at Whangarei and Kaitaia.
